Collegedale Market July 2020 Report

I am very happy to report that the Collegedale Market has continued to have steady crowds and good sales this summer. In July, Market sales averaged $6,635, which is a 70% increase from 2019! Average vendor sales in July were $285 and we have had about 23 vendors participate each week. We really started this season strong and it is great to see that this momentum has continued!

Please continue to tag us in your posts on social media (#chattamarket and #collegedalemarket) and share the Market posts on your pages. Our weekly vendor list continue to be one of the most viewed posts each week, so sign-up early because customers are looking to see who will be there! If you do miss the registration cutoff, email help@publicmarkets.us and we can add you if space is available. I strongly encourage you to try all markets and take advantage of the consumer demand in both Chattanooga and Collegedale - we had one regular Chattanooga Market vendor set a personal best with almost $2k in sales at one market in Collegedale this past month. We have the community support, now let’s continue to have a strong vendor presence in August!

Hi Lisa!

In July the vendor breakdown in Collegedale was:

61% Farms
23% Food Products
9% Arts & Crafts (Mixed Media, Fiber Arts, Jewelry, Wood, Paper, Glass)
7% Concessions

We had on average 2-3 vendors from the Arts and Crafts category with $108 average sales within that group.
