Season Pass Booths

A Season Pass is an optional feature which allows a frequent market vendor to maintain a specific booth location, at a specific market, for as long as they choose. Season pass holders are also provided early setup privileges, as their booth location is predetermined.

Each January, we begin the process of accepting applications for Season Passes and awarding available locations to vendors based on their Vendor Priority Point level. If two vendors apply for the same space, the vendor with a higher point standing will be awarded the space.

There is also an option for existing Season Pass holders to relocate to another location in the venue; unlike new applicants, existing Season Pass Holders will be guaranteed to maintain a permanent booth location — their existing space will remain theirs by default.

Eligibility, Fees and Payment

For the 2022 season, any Full Vendor with at least 50 priority points may apply for a season pass at the Chattanooga Market. Any Full Vendor with at least 25 points may apply for a season pass at the Chattanooga River Market. There is no season pass option at this time for the Chattanooga Market at Erlanger.

The fee for a Season Pass varies for each market. Our current market/rate card is:

  • 2022 Chattanooga Market Sundays: $1200 per year

  • 2022 Chattanooga River Market Saturdays: $900 per year

Season pass holders are required to pay their fees up front. Failure to pay will result in the Reserved Booth being forfeited, and reassigned to another vendor.

Season Pass Assignment Process

A specific process is used to determine who is allocated a season pass:

  • applicants should select multiple booth locations; you may not get your top choice.
  • all booths will be assigned to vendors in order of their Vendor Priority Point standing; the top vendor will receive their first choice, and so forth until all available season pass locations are awarded.
  • vendors will be notified of their new booth location prior to opening weekend.
  • once you are awarded a season pass location, it is yours until the end of the season.

This is a once-a-year event, and completely dependent upon the availability of season pass locations.

Season Pass Set Up Procedures

Chattanooga Market

  • Season Pass holders are not required to be in attendance every single market; however, please let us know in advance if you are not going to be there. You should also check in with the front desk when you arrive. If you are not in your assigned spot or checked in with the front desk by 9:30 a.m., then we will assume you will not be attending the market and your space may be reassigned for that market.

If you are running behind contact us and let one of the market staff members know you are still attending the market. Be sure to actually speak to a live person. Do not leave a voicemail as we will not be answering voicemails during market setup!

Chattanooga River Market

  • Check in with the Market Manager prior to the 9:00 roll call. If you are not in your assigned spot or checked in with the front desk by 9:00 a.m., then we will assume you will not be attending the market and your space may be reassigned for that market.
